Tempers boil over in PSG dressing room as Thiago Silva hits out at Edison Cavavi and Javier Pastore
All is not well in the Paris Saint-Germain dressing room at the moment.
They may be leading Ligue 1 by a massive nine points right now, but a number of internal problems in the squad are threatening to derail their entire season.

The Brazilian corner, consisting of Neymar, Dani Alves and Thiago Silva, are seemingly at loggerheads with the likes of Javier Pastore and Edison Cavani.

We all remember the infamous squabble between Neymar and Cavani earlier in the season, but it looks like the latest fracas has been instigated by Silva.
Apparently, the Brazilian centre-back did not take too kindly to Cavani and Pastore returning to Paris late from their Christmas holidays.
In fact, the pair missed the midweek 2-0 French League Cup victory over Amiens, and were both subsequently fined by boss Unai Emery.

And speaking after the game, Silva said: “There is a difference between Pastore and Cavani — I think Pastore told the club that he wanted to leave, in the end they did not find an agreement.
“With Cavani, it’s a little different.
“It’s important for the club that he comes back as soon as possible.
“They will come back, the coach and the club will give them the opportunity to come back.

Pastore hit back at the skipper via his Instagram account, writing in his latest post: “I’ve never talked to T Silva about any problems or my future and I’ve never put pressure on anyone, it isn’t my style.
“He was not aware of the problem that I had which caused me to arrive back late.

Reports in France suggests this latest public quarrel is another example of the great split between cliques in the dressing room at the moment.
